How to place an order on your website?

Placing an order on our website is more than quick and easy. You should follow several simple steps and in minute or two your order will be finalized. Those steps include:
1. Choose a bouquet, basket of flowers, flower arrangement or any other product from our website and add it to your basket. After you have finished adding products to your basket, click on the link MORE DETAILS, situated on the top right corner of the webpage, where your basket is.
2. You see on that page detailed information about the contents of your basket. You can choose here how to make an order – to register an account on our website or to checkout as guest.
3. After you have chosen the checkout type, you have to fulfill the delivery address (the address of the recipient) and to provide at least one phone number (of the recipient), in case the recipient is absent on the given address. You have to SAVE that information from the button below the address in order to continue the order process.
4. On the next step you can choose the delivery date, hour and the courier for your delivery. (See details for choosing the right courier.)
5. You can fill in text for your greeting card.
6. You have to read and agree the Terms and Conditions of using our services.
7. Choose  payment type and finalize your order.


I can’t see the payment methods?

In case you don’t see the payment methods, then you either haven’t SAVED the address information or you haven’t agreed with our TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You can fix this by pressing the button SAVE situated beneath the address fields (Upon saving the button disappears) and then clicking on the check field “I agree with the terms of service”, situated beneath the text field for the greeting card.


How can I contact you?

How can I see the addresses of your stores?

You will see the address of our nearest store immediately after you have placed and order. You will receive and automatically generated email with an address near you.


Cakes and gifts – how can I order them?

The delivery of cakes, chocolates, wines, teddy bears and all other products the section GIFTS is made ONLY in addition to flowers. Orders for gifts delivery without flowers chosen will be cancelled and refunded. The fees for the refund are paid by the client. When ordering cake for a city or place, where pastry shop Nedelia is not present, is possible substitution of the cake.


Substitution of products and flowers – when is that needed?

In some cases is needed to substitute a product or a flower. This is happening in very rare cases e.g. when the order is placed on the date of delivery and we can not find a specific flower or product. You will be notified on time about this substitution. It will not negatively change the value of your order, but the opposite – we will offset you with more expensive product.

What if there is nobody on the recipient’s address?

If there is nobody on the delivery address, the entrance door is locked or there is another problem to reach the recipient, we use the phone provided by you in the order process to contact the recipient or you and arrange a new delivery address. If we can not contact you or the recipient, we return the flowers in our store, from where the recipient can later pick them up. You also have the possibility to order second delivery, in which case additional fee of 5lv applies.


I don’t know the delivery address?

This is not a problem. You just need to provide a telephone number of the recipient and we will contact him/her to arrange the delivery address. Of course, we will try not to tell the recipient what is the delivery about in order to achieve the desired effect of surprise.


What does extra-large size of the bouquet mean?  

If you choose the option Extra-large (+ 12.00lv), we will add additional flowers and greenery to your bouquet, basket of flowers or flower arrangement, so the recipient will get much bigger and impressive product.


I can enter only delivery (shipping) address. How can I make the billing address different?

In order to enter different shipping and billing address you have to be registered customer of our website. As soon as you start the creation of your user profile, you will see checkbox if you want to use different shipping and billing addresses for this order. By default this box is checked. Uncheck the box and fill in the billing address or add a new address and then select it for billing address.

Bouquets of chocolates – when and how to order them?

The bouquets of chocolates should be ordered at least a day in advance. This is obligatory because their preparation needs much more time. We deliver bouquets of chocolates in many places in Bulgaria – Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse, Pleven, Haskovo, Montana, Lom and others. Please, contact us in case you want us to deliver that kind of bouquet in another city. Those bouquets are prepared with chocolates Ferrero Rocher or Lindt in case that we can not find Ferrero Rocher in the local store. The chocolates are bought in the day of delivery and the bouquet is prepared afterwards, which ensures their duration.


Why should I give you the phone number of the recipient. Do you call him/her before the delivery?

We don’t call the recipient before the delivery, in order to achieve the effect of surprise, that you wish. You have to give us though phone number to contact him/her, because in many cases the entrance doors of their buildings are locked, the address is incomplete or incorrect or the recipient is absent. In those cases we contact you or the recipient, in order to perform the delivery. If not possible to contact you or the recipient, we return the product in our store. The recipient can then pick the present up, when he/she wants.


When do I have to place my order?

It is advisable to place your order at least a day before the delivery, in order for us to ensure the existence of all flowers and of course for you to take advantage of our FREE standard delivery. However, there is no problem to place an order on the day of delivery. Usually the delivery is made 2 hours after the order has been registered.


Which delivery courier do I have to choose?

You can see the delivery fees for the different cities, if you follow this link – Delivery Zones.

If your order is for one of the cities, where we have store – choose the free courier – E-cvete.
If your order should be delivered on the same day (the day of order) – choose E-cvete Express – costs 5lv.
If your order is for a place, where we don’t have store, for village, for a resort or out of the city - choose E-cvete Country – costs 20lv.


Product return:

If you are not satisfied with our service or you do not agree with the delivered product, you can claim product return in 48h after the delivery has been made. For this purpose, please send us a picture of the product you are not satisfied with in order to clear the misunderstanding. We will send our courier to pick up your order and will refund the amount you have paid.


What is the price for the delivery?

The delivery for the big cities in Bulgaria and the places, where we have store is FREE. If you would like us to make a same day delivery (Express delivery), the price for the delivery is 5lv. If the delivery is for a place outside of the city, village or resort, the price for the delivery is 20lv.

How do you deliver the flowers, bouquets and the other presents?

The flowers, baskets of flowers and the bouquets, ordered from our website are delivered with our own courier company. We do not rely on logistic firms, as we cannot then guarantee the freshness and quality of the delivered product. All bouquets, basket of flowers and flower arrangements are prepared immediately before the delivery is made and in addition with a smile from a kind courier, they leave unforgettable emotions in the recipient. Every store in the partnership programme possess and performs its deliveries with its own couriers.


Is it obligatory to create an account in your website?

No, it is not – you can choose to place an order as a guest on our website – this will save you time. However, if you decide to create an account, the whole procedure will take about 3 minutes. If you are not a registered customer, you will not be able to subscribe to our newsletter, which include price drop-downs, new products and other interesting information about the flowers and their delivery in Bulgaria and across the world.


Are all products on your website available for delivery in whole Bulgaria?

Yes, all products – flowers, bouquets of flowers, baskets of flowers, flower arrangements, bouquets of chocolates and gift baskets are available for delivery in every corner of Bulgaria. Exception are only several specific arrangements, but this information is well described in the product description.


Do you deliver flowers and bouquets everywhere in Bulgaria?

We deliver flowers, bouquets, baskets of flowers and gifts to every place in Bulgaria with no exception. We have stores in every major city in Bulgaria and thanks to our well-developed partnership program, we can perform express flowers delivery everywhere and always – even on Saturday and Sunday.


How can I pay my order?

You can pay your order in several available ways, so you don’t have to lose time and energy – by bank wire, credit or debit card, PayPal, post or telegraphic wire or in one of our stores across the country. More information about the payment methods find here.


Do you guarantee that I will receive what I see on the picture?

Yes, we do. Our main goal is to make you as our customer happy and to keep in mind your requirements and conditions. Therefore, what we always require from our florists is exact and precise work, when preparing your bouquets, baskets of flowers and flower arrangements. They always use fresh and aromatic flowers, which ensure the effect of receiving such a bouquet.


Is it possible a flower and/or a product to be substituted on my and/or your opinion?

Yes, you can determine what size should your bouquet be, how many and which flowers should it include, you can substitute some of the flowers or make your own bouquet – you choose. Our support centre will further help you.

Substitution of champagne, chocolates, teddy bears and balloons is also possible, in accordance to the present in our local store. In case that a required product is absent, it is being replaced by a similar one in matter of color, size and price. There is detailed information regarding the possibility of substitution in the description of those products.

When seasonal flowers are ordered, which are not available in every city or when impossible to deliver your order on time, you will be informed immediately after the order has been processed by our support operators about a possible substitution. In such cases we use more and more expensive flowers or flowers of the same size and value. In case that you do not agree with the substitution, you can cancel your order. The amount you have paid will be refunded in 24h.


How will I know when the delivery is made?

Our website sends you automatically notification email immediately before and after the delivery. You can also add a phone number to your order, on which we will send you SMS to notify you about the delivery.


Greeting card – can I add text to it and where can I choose one?

You can choose a greeting card in addition to your present. We have standard and luxury one (bigger). You can choose the type of your greeting card from the option on the right side of the product picture. The text itself you can write down in the order process. You will see a big textbox below the available couriers for the delivery.
