• Same-day (express) delivery: 2.56 euro. Available as long as the slot you want hasn't started yet — order by 09:00 for 09–13, by 13:00 for 13–17 and by 17:00 for 17–20. After 17:00 same-day delivery closes for the day.
• Delivery time slots: 09:00–13:00, 13:00–17:00 or 17:00–20:00.
• Regional delivery: we also deliver bouquets and gifts to towns and villages around Burgas. The fee depends on distance — check it from the 'Delivery zones' menu next to this text.

You pick the date and time slot at the 'Address' step of checkout. For same-day (express) delivery you can choose any slot that hasn't started yet — by 09:00 for 09–13, by 13:00 for 13–17 and by 17:00 for 17–20. The express fee is added to the cart automatically.

What happens if the recipient isn't home?
The courier will call them on the number you provided. If that doesn't work, we'll arrange a new address or a new time slot with you.

How can I pay?
We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal. Bank transfer is available for EEA customers paying in EUR.
