Диапазона на часовете за доставка е голям - нямах възможност за определя точен час, поради което изненадата се развали и цветята ще бъдат получени късно вечерта, което обезсмисли всичко. Исках да уточня че този диапазон не ме устройва, но 40 часа никой не вдигна посочения телефон. Разочарована съм.

Поръчката Ви е била отбелязана като доставена в 11:56ч. в ценя за доставка, при избран часови диапазон между 9 и 13ч. Не можехме да реагираме по-рано, тъй като доставката беше в неделя.
