We live in the USA and my partner’s mother is in Bulgaria. I am so grateful that we are able to send flowers to her with such a trustworthy company who puts the customer first. We had a very last minute order and it was filled perfectly. And when the exact plant wasn’t available, they made sure to replace it with something equally as beautiful. Благодаря ви за отзивчивостта и професионализма! Услугата за доставка на цветя ми позволи за първи път от много време да поднеся цветя на майка си за рождения й ден. Защото живея в чужбина. Жестът много я трогна и зарадва.
Имаше предизвикателства, но екипът на е-цвете се справи блестящо. Бях сгрешила датата за доставка в оригиналната поръчка и се наложи да пиша на екипа на е-цвете да промени датата. Получих отговор веднага и направиха доставката навреме, въпреки,че получателката ги затрудни - не си вдигаше телефона дълго време :) От офиса ми се обадиха чак в а Австралия да се посъветват с мен как да направят доставката, ако няма никой вкъщи. В крайна сметка всичко завърши благополучно и рожденичката получи цвтетята за рождения си ден. Направихте деня й много по-цветен. Благодаря!
